Practice Manager
Colleen has been a part of our dental team since 1995. She attended Grand Rapids Community College and takes great pride in being our office administrator. Colleen’s goal is to answer patient questions and concerns with insurance, scheduling, financing and treatment planning. Colleen enjoys shopping, baking and spending time with her husband, 3 children and friends.
Kim
Administrative Assistant
Kim joined the GR Family Dental team in 2022. She likes meeting all the patients and helping them feel comfortable. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She likes to camp, garden and bird watch.
Nikki
Administrative Assistant
Nikki joined the GR Family Dental team in 2023. She attended GRCC where she received an Associates Degree in Fine Arts in Photography. Her main focus is patient care and making sure their needs are met. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her partner and two daughters, taking photos, as well as fostering animals.
Paula
Insurance Coordinator
Paula joined our team part time in 2021. In 2024 she came on full time having 25 years’ experience as an office manager. She strives to get claims processed efficiently while ensuring patients receive the coverage due to them. She enjoys spending time with her family and listening to local bands perform.
Mercedes
Administrative Assistant
Mercedes joined the GR Family Dental team in 2025. She enjoys building trust and connection with patients and is eager to learn every aspect of the dental world. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her kids, leads a Girl Scout troop, volunteers for her church and enjoys the outdoors.
